Refund requests will not be entertained if the classes have already commenced or been taken, either in part or in full.
Fee adjustments or transfers to other courses or batches are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the administration.
3. Course Validity
Each course has a fixed duration as specified at the time of enrollment. Students are expected to complete the course within this period.
Unutilized classes or missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded unless such arrangements are explicitly stated in the course policy.
4. Conduct and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow classmates and faculty.
Any form of disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or expulsion from the course without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including digital resources, videos, and handouts, are the intellectual property of SprachJet LLP.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes to Schedule
SprachJet LLP reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or course content if necessary.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or emergencies, classes may be rescheduled at the institute’s discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
SprachJet LLP will not be liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience arising from delays, rescheduling, or any other unforeseen events.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during on-campus or online sessions.
8. Mode of Communication
Official communication regarding classes, schedules, and other updates will be made via email, phone, or the official SprachJet mobile application.
It is the student’s responsibility to stay updated with such communications.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
SprachJet LLP reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via official channels.
